Theo Poulos established the Agency in 1960 as an independent, family owned business to serve the Upper Blue Mountains.

The company was founded with the aim of giving service with honesty and respect. On these values the Agency continues to flourish.  The agency is still owned and managed by the Poulos family.

The title “The Trusted name in Real Estate” has been well earned and we are passionate about continuing to ensure that all clients are treated as one would want to be treated. This ethic is a part of the policy of the company and a part of the character of the staff.

We are a member of The Real Estate Institute and hence bound by a code of ethics.
